Yes. A consultation allows us to understand your concerns, assess your skin and medical history, and recommend the safest and most effective options for you. For some treatments, a consultation is mandatory before we can proceed.

We treat a wide range of skin types and tones. During your consultation we carefully assess your skin and choose appropriate treatments and settings. Certain peels and laser treatments may not be suitable for every skin type – if that’s the case, we’ll explain why and offer alternatives.

This depends on your skin concern and the treatment chosen. Some treatments, like a single peel or facial, can give visible improvement after one session, while others (such as microneedling, chemical peels or laser) are most effective in a series. We’ll outline a recommended plan for you during your consultation.

After many treatments you can return to normal activities straight away, with some temporary redness or sensitivity. Stronger procedures such as deeper peels or laser may involve a few days of visible downtime. We provide full aftercare instructions and are always available if you have questions.

For some treatment plans and peel programs we offer package pricing. We’ll discuss all costs with you in advance so there are no surprises.
